I'm so sorry, Sweta, I don't believe they will open up more. We understand it can be disappointing not to attend one of the college or school receptions during Family Weekend. Please know that space at these events is limited based on what each college or school can safely and realistically accommodate, following fire marshal guidelines and available resources.
These receptions are a cherished tradition and will continue to be held each year. It's unfortunate that your reception is full, but while you're on campus with your student, you could explore their building together.
