Hi Melanie, we understand how frustrating the ticketing process has been for some folks. The system is managed solely by Athletics, and we’ve made them aware of the issues. We just wanted to let you know that they’re working on it, and we’ll let you know how to proceed.

In terms of the receptions, we hear your frustration with how quickly they filled up. These events are developed and managed by each unit and many of them have physical space limitations. Rest assured that there will be other opportunities for you to learn more about your student’s academic environment. During the Educational Opportunities sessions on Friday there will be an academic panel where you'll hear more about each college and school as well as ask questions — a similar experience to the reception. Additionally, you could visit the space with your student at your leisure. Thank you for letting us know how you feel.
