Called GT hotel as soon as I received email and no availability for that weekend. Will rooms be released on August 26th?

When I called the GTHCC hotel they asked me for a booking group name - I mentioned Family Weekend and they did not have a discounted rate - is there another name the group is under to get the discount? thank you
