It's hard to imagine cool, crisp fall weather when we're in the midst of summer, but we're getting ready for Family Weekend 2024!
If you are new to Georgia Tech, Family Weekend is a collaboration between Parent and Family Programs and numerous campus partners and local vendors to welcome our families to campus. Activities include an Institute Update, stimulating presentations by faculty and staff, college and school receptions, Family Fun Night, Family Weekend Tailgate, Georgia Tech football, Jazz Brunch with AVP of Student Engagement and Well-Being and Dean of Students, John Stein, and more!
Registration will open early in the fall semester, and we'll let you know the exact date with plenty of advance notice. Please don't purchase football tickets separately - your Family Weekend registration will include access to discounted tickets.
Family Weekend at Georgia Tech is a special time to connect with your student, learn more about campus life, and create special memories. We hope you'll join us.

If we buy tickets to the football game outside of the family weekend process, can we still get transportation to/from the game?
Are we on our own to purchase tickets to the game or will we buy them during the registration process?
For those of us flying to Atlanta, it would be helpful to get start and end timings and dates as soon as possible, in order to get cheaper flights. Are these known yet? Thank you
