Here’s how it works:

1. Open My Schedule in the guide.
2. Look for the down arrow icon at the bottom right of the screen.
3. Tap that arrow to export all saved sessions together to your device’s calendar.
4. Once exported, those calendar events can be shared via text or email from your phone’s calendar app.
