If your student is under 18, a parent or guardian must access and complete the below PDF waiver and email it to weekofwelcome@gatech.edu so they are eligible to participate.

If your student is 18 or older, they are required to sign the waiver themselves by logging directly into the Housing Portal.

Please note that all students have access to the Housing Portal to complete this form, even if they live off campus or commute. Once submitted, our Week of Welcome team reviews and approves waivers right away—your student will receive a text message confirmation as soon as theirs is approved so they can jump straight into the fun without waiting!
