Thursday, September 17 (opportunities for early arrival)
6 – 7:30 p.m. Olympic Panel discussion + Olympic torch lighting, hosted by GT Library
7:30 p.m. Battle of the Bands, hosted by Ferst Center for the Arts and GT Musicians' Network
Friday, September 18
9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Check-in (Smithgall Building)
Open hours at the Campus Recreation Center (facility access)
9 a.m. – 12 p.m. Vendor/Off Campus Housing Fair (Pavilions walkway)
9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Campus Tours and Specialized Tours (Check out the Guidebook for more info!)
9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Tech Rec and Paper and Clay access (45-minute sessions)
12 - 12:45 p.m. President Cabrera's Family Weekend Address(Exhibition Hall, Midtown Ballrooms)
1 - 2:00 p.m. Academic Panel Lunch & Learn (Exhibition Hall, Midtown Ballrooms)
2:15 – 3:00 p.m. Education Session #1 (Exhibition Hall, 2nd level conference rooms)
3:15 – 4:00 p.m. Education Session #2 (Exhibition Hall, 2nd level conference rooms)
2 - 5:00 p.m. College and school hosted engagement
5 - 7:00 p.m. Dinner OYO

12:00 p.m. Georgia Tech Football vs. Mercer University Bears (discounted ticket link provided upon registering for Family Weekend)
3 – 5:00 p.m. Post Game Party on Tech Square
Sunday, September 20
10 - 11:00 a.m. or 12 - 1:00 p.m. Jazz Brunch with Dean Stein (GT Hotel and Conference Center) (additional cost, space is limited)

Do you need a ticket to get into the tailgate party at Tech Green before the game (not the meal, but just to be there)?
When will the TBAs be A'd?

I see on Friday the schedule says "9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Campus Tours and Specialized Tours (various campus locations TBA)" when will more information be available for these? Also, is there a 1 page doc that contains all events for...see more
