Green Goodbyes is Georgia Tech’s free on-campus student thrift store and move-out donation program focused on reducing landfill waste and promoting reuse. Gently used items collected from students are redistributed to the campus community at no cost, with excess donations shared with Atlanta nonprofit partners. Families can support the effort by encouraging students to donate usable items during move-out or by volunteering during collection week.
Visit the website to learn more about offerings, hours of operation and ways you can donate.
Check out the video above to view the recording from Tuesday, March 17, 12 – 1 p.m. ET.
